Once we complete an initial site survey to help us establish each clients' precise requirements, a free personalised quote is provided. All our cleaning staff are put through an intensive two week training program and fully trained to a very high standard which instils into each one, our high cleaning standards and attitudes.

For security reasons we also check each applicants identification and proof of address.

We always try to ensure that our operatives live as close to the premises they clean as possible and each member of our team is trained in the essential aspects of  Health and Safety Regulations.

Written cleaning instructions are given to each operative detailing what is required, ensuring optimum efficiency.

We also run a retraining programme that all our operatives undertake periodically to ensure that required skills and practises are maintained and up to date.

All sites are inspected by their Area Manager on a regular basis whilst our staff are working and inspection of the premises is carried out to check standards are being met and maintained thus ensuring continued client satisfaction, we view this as an essential part of maintaining a happy long term relationship.

We liase with clients on a regular basis not only to keep up to date with changing requirements but also to ensure clients are fully satisfied with our performance. Our Area Managers are rewarded for a job well done by receiving a bonus related to customer satisfaction,we feel this is important and keeps them motivated and dedicated.
